Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ArtEase, we are committed to providing high-quality mosaic art kits and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Before Shipping:
    • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customersupport@artease.co.uk . Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
    • In the event of a successful cancellation before shipping, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Cancellation After Shipping:
    • Once your order has been shipped, you may return it under our return policy (see below), but shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Eligibility:
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Customized or personalized kits are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
  • Return Process:
    • To initiate a return, please contact us at customersupport@artease.co.uk with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If your kit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damage or defect, and we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom or personalized kits and any digital/downloadable products are also non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@artease.co.uk.
