Welcome to ArtEase. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our kids' mosaic art kits. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purchases

  • Order Process: Orders can be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to availability.
  • Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase via the methods specified on the checkout page (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will contain order details and shipping information.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship to UK. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Any delays will be communicated to the customer.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to your total purchase. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Policy: We offer returns on unused and unopened kits within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at sowjanya@artease.co.uk before sending the kit back to receive return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 14 days of receipt with proof (photos) of the damage, and we will replace the product or issue a refund.

4. Product Use

  • Adult Supervision: Our mosaic kits contain small parts and may require adult supervision. ARTEASE is not responsible for any injury caused by improper use of the kit.
  • Age Suitability: Kits are designed for children aged 4 and above. Please ensure your child uses the kit as intended.
  • Allergies & Sensitivities: Some materials in the kits may cause allergic reactions. It is the customer's responsibility to review product details and ensure the materials are suitable for their child.

  • Copyright: All designs, instructions, and materials provided in our kits are the intellectual property of ARTEASE. These may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
